All coaching services, including group programs, individual sessions, and workshops, are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of coaching and digital programs, all sales are final. No refunds will be given unless otherwise stated in writing.

All materials, content, logos, graphics, downloads, and branding are the property of Kristen Ripmaster Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or used without express written permission.

5. Confidentiality

All private client sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law.

You agree not to use the Site or any services for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm, disable, or interfere with the operation of the Site.

7. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding the results of coaching. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
